Meet AGEMA Work’s New Operations Manager!

We’re excited to announce that our very own Livin Mathews is now the Operations Manager of AGEMA Work. After graduating from Georgian College, Livin joined AGEMA Work full-time. He was then promoted to a Team leader position and later continued with the supervisor position while applying for his Permanent Residence. His work ideas and connections with everyone helped him achieve more in his work. As a result, he was promoted to his new role in August 2022.

In his new position, Livin is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling and evaluating the daily activities of the operations team. Livin also provides timely, accurate and detailed scheduling of staffing levels for each client group. His exceptional attitude and aptitude have made him an invaluable member of the AGEMA team and will no doubt serve him in this new role. So join us in congratulating Livin! 

About Livin Mathews 

Livin Mathew is from the southern state of Kerala in, India. He studied biological science in his higher secondary studies at St. Stephens’s HSS Pathanapuram, Kerala. The dream to visit and explore the world and learn about different countries was his focus from childhood. So he travelled to Canada and studied as an international student at Georgian College, where he completed his Mechanical Technician Precision Skills diploma. 

Livin’s childhood struggles and hard work made him ready to work in any industry with the best efforts. His first job in Canada was working as a team member at Tim Hortons, and he also worked with AGEMA Work as a Recreation Assistant during his college studies. He then did his co-op work term in one of the biggest manufacturing companies, Magna International.
